A user or account is allowed to post up to 10 individual property listings for sale or rent on our website.

A listing will remain available for viewing and consideration for a period of 60 days from the date it was posted. This duration allows potential buyers or renters to inquire about and express interest in the property during this timeframe. After the 60-day period, the listing may expire and no longer be visible on the website unless it is relisted by the seller or property provider.

You are allowed to edit your listings as frequently as you wish, provided they have not yet expired. Furthermore, this feature enables you to include additional properties in your existing listing in the event that a previously listed property has been rented or sold.

A specific type of property listing that receives premium visibility and placement on the listings pages. Featured Listings are distinct in that they highlight featured ads on the main classifieds page, ensuring that they always appear in the Premium Advertisement Slider, menus, sidebar on pages, and footer. Those who choose to feature their ads benefit from increased visibility, as their ads become more prominent among the many other listings posted.

When your listing moves down the listings, you can benefit from the ‘Relist’ option to bring it back to the top of the first page, gaining more visibility. The ‘Relist’ feature updates the posted listing with the current date and time, ensuring that the listing reappears at the top.
